LED lamps and lanterns refer to LED lighting devices, compared with the traditional light source of high-pressure sodium lamp, metal halide lamp, has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, long life and so on

LED lamps performance requirements:

1.LED lamps need a good heat dissipation system to ensure that the temperature of aluminum based circuit board shall not exceed 65℃ when LED lamps work under normal environment.

2. LED lamps should have the function of overtemperature protection.

3. LED lamps have control circuit abnormal protection, LED lamps must be equipped with 3C or UL or VDE certified fuse device, as circuit abnormal overcurrent protection.

4. LED lamps should have anti-LED abnormal working ability, that is, in LED lamps, each LED series group is driven by independent constant current power, the constant current circuit should ensure that there is LED breakdown short circuit abnormal conditions can operate safely, and the current is stable.

5. LED lamps and lanterns should have moisture-proof and moisture-draining breathing functions. The internal circuit board of LED lamps and lanterns should be moisture-proof, and the lamps and lanterns should have waterproof and breathable breathing apparatus to ensure that the internal lamps and lanterns can still work stably in case of dampness, and the heat generated by their own work will remove water vapor.

6. The total downward flux of LED lamps and the lamp energy consumption ratio ≥56LM/W.
