What During Production Check (DUPRO))?

When the product is 50% complete, we will check and evaluate the quality of semi-finished product and finished product according to your product requirements and issue inspection report.

Mid-production inspection will help you confirm that product quality, functionality, appearance and other requirements are in compliance with your specifications throughout the production process, and will also help to identify any nonconformities as early as possible, thereby reducing the risk of factory delays.

Check content includes evaluation and production process validation, timely improvements make the defective products, assess the delivery time, check the semi-finished products in every production process, inspection finished product design, size, color, process, appearance and function, security, reliability, packaging, labeling, storage conditions, transportation safety and other related customer specified requirements.
