What is an Initial Production Check?
When 20% of your shipment is complete, our inspectors come to the factory to inspect the products as follows.This inspection can avoid batch problems and major defects throughout the entire order. If there are problems, you have time to improve to ensure delivery time and product quality.The inspection includes confirming the production plan, checking the finished product style, size, color, process, appearance, function, safety, reliability, packing method, relevant labeling, storage conditions, transportation safety and other requirements specified by the customer.
